  • ・Hotel & Conference Room / Hall in General (Reservation, Payment, Facilities etc.)

    • Q. Is it possible to use YMCA facilities even if we are not students or YMCA members?
      A. YMCA is open to all, thus all the people are welcomed.

      Q. How far in advance would it be possible to make a reservation to stay or to use YMCA facilities?
      A. Both of reservations for hotel and conference rooms can be made up to 6 months in advance.

      Q. What methods for payments are acceptable to use?
      A. Payment can be settled by cash or credit card. Please ask us if you would need invoice to pay by a bank transfer. Kindly note that wire transfer option is limited to a group usage.

      Q. What are the available credit cards to pay?
      A. Credit cards that you can use are as follows: JCB, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Dinners Club, Discover.

      Q. Does cancellation fee occur due to cancellation or fewer people?
      A. A. Accommodation : The day before. Conference rooms(3F) : 14 days before. 9F International Hall & Space Y Hall : 30 days before.

      Q. Is it possible to use free Wi-Fi service?
      A. Yes, it is available to use our free Wi-Fi service in YMCA. You can find information in a room or you can ask us Wi-Fi password at reception desk located on the 1st floor.

      Q. Is there any parking lot?
      A. Yes, there are 4 parking spaces.(1000yen) It is available with our permission to park on a first-come-first-served basis giving priority to hotel guests to stay in YMCA. Please be informed that you cannot reserve parking space for yourself in advance due to a very limited car space. Besides, if our parking spaces were full, we will guide you to a nearby coin operated parking space from YMCA.

      Q. Is it available to smoke inside the YMCA building?
      A. You can smoke in a smoking available room located on the 4th floor. Otherwise, no smoking allowed on the premises.

      Q. Is there any convenience store around YMCA?
      A. Yes, it is a 3 minute walk from YMCA. You can ask us for more details.


  • ・Hotel (Reservation, Check-in & Check-out, Services etc.)

    • Q. Is it possible to stay without booking?
      A. We can provide you with an available room if that is possible.

      Q. Is it possible to stay for a long time?
      A. Yes, as long as the room is available. However, please be noted we will offer you to move a room if we have many group reservations around a time of year.

      Q. What time is check-in and check-out?
      A. Our check-in begins 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. If you want to check in after 0:00 a.m. or check out in the early morning, please contact us. If you need to ask for extended time, we will accept it with an extra charge. * It may vary depending on circumstances to accept your offer if the situation is not allowed or it seems difficult.

      Q. What should it be done if my check-in time is delayed?
      A. If there is a possibility that you will arrive here over 0:00 a.m. let us know to come to that effect.

      Q. Do you have a curfew?
      A. Closed from 0:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.

      Q. When does the payment to make?
      A. The payment is settled on arrival with a one time payment in checking-in.

      Q. Is it available to stay in a room with a wheel chair?
      A. Yes it is. Let us know further assistance in making a reservation.

      Q. Is it possible to co-sleep with a child?
      A. It is available with a pre-school child (Limited to Twin & Triple room).

      Q. Is it possible to stay with a pet?
      A. We are afraid that it is not allowed to stay with a companion animal. However, it is acceptable for you to be accompanied by a seeing eye dog/a service dog. We appreciate it if you would consult us before checking-in.

      Q. Is it available to wash clothes with a machine?
      A. You can use a washing machine and a drying machine free of charge within 3 hours. You can also buy a laundry detergent with 50 yen.

      Q. Is it also available to use laundry service?
      A. Yes, it is. Please tell us at reception desk on the 1st floor. Payment will be made later when items are collected.

      Q. Do you have a breakfast?
      A. Breakfast is available with 300 yen during your stay.

      Q. Is there any way or help to deal with allergy, vegetarian, halal for religious reason and so on for foods?
      A. Feel free to contact us for more details when making your reservations.


  • ・Guest Room

    • Q. Does the room come with a basic toiletries?
      A. The following goods are equipped: Toothbrush, bath and hand towel, razor, bathrobe.

      Q. Do you have any rental items?
      A. The following items are available: Iron, trouser presser, desk lamp, blanket, humidifier etc.

      Q. What kind of bath is there in the room?
      A. All the rooms have equipped with the type of prefabricated bath unit.

      Q. Does the bathroom come with in-room amenities?
      A. The following amenities are equipped: Two-in-one shampoo and conditioner, body soap and hair drier.

      Q. Is it possible to bring food and drink from outside to the room?
      A. Yes, and you can also use refrigerator equipped with the room.


  • ・Conference Room

    • Q. How many conference halls and meeting rooms does your YMCA have?
      A. There are 2 conference halls (9th floor and B2 in the basement) and 4 meeting rooms (located on 3rd floor: 302/303/304/305) inside our YMCA facility. You can choose to use the halls/rooms depending on your situation.

      Q. How do we use a set of desks and chairs?
      A. We can provide you with the set according to your requests. Some rental items are available. (Service charge is partially added) Feel free to contact us for more details.


      Q. What hours do we use the conference halls/meeting rooms?
      A. From 9:00 to 21:00. It might be vary in time depending on your situation: morning time, night time or hour by hour. * Please be advised that we have regulations to apply for overtime use. Feel free to contact us for more details

      Q. Is it available to order a catering service or a food delivery with a lunch box?
      A. Currently we have no such a service. This should be prepared by your own. * Please kindly note that no food and drinks are allowed at Space Y Hall in the basement. Keep all the places you use clear of distractions and waste to go; please take your trash home with you. If you leave us with garbage to be disposed of, we can handle it with additional charge for the trash.


  • ・How to Access and Tourism

    • Q. Where is the nearest station from YMCA Asia Youth Center?
      A. There are 3 train stations: JR Suidobashi Station, Jinbocho Subway Station and JR Ochanomizu Station within 10 minutes’ walk from YMCA Asia Youth Center.

      Q. Are there any tourist facilities around the area?
      A. Several major tourist attractions are there within walking distance from YMCA hotel: Tokyo Dome, Nihon Budokan, antiquarian bookstore area and so on.


  • ・Others

    • Q. Is it available to use home delivery service?
      A. Yamato transport service is available with cash-on-delivery. Please make sure that the shipping fee is at your expense and the payment on arrival. You can ask the reception desk on the 1st floor.

      Q. Is it available to keep luggage before check-in and after check-out?
      A. We will keep your luggage on the day at the reception desk on the 1st floor, no matter what you check in or check out. However, we cannot look after your valuables and something fragile. We'd appreciate it if you can take this into your consideration.

      Q. Is it possible to send package/luggage to YMCA hotel in advance?
      A. You can send us the items on the condition that it will be arrived with prepayment within 3 days before your check-in, due to our limited storage and disclaimer. Remember to write down your name and your check-in/arrival date on the check as you ship. Please note our disclaimer of responsibility is effective in respect of your valuables and something fragile for an accident with property damage. In addition to that, if the shipments are delayed to deliver here after you checked out, we are not responsible for giving you back.

      Q. Do you keep valuables?
      A. Yes, we keep it into our safety box at the reception desk on the 1st floor.

      Q. Do you have a copy service?
      A. Yes, there is a computer with a desktop printer that you can use to out put the data. (10 yen per paper in monochrome printing)

      Q. Do you have a facsimile service?
      A. Yes, we will send a facsimile when you bring us a paper with a fax number at the reception desk on the 1st floor. (100 yen per paper)
