We will receive the reservaion later then six month before the date of available.
Booking inquiries are available by phone or e-mail.

Payment

Please pay on the day, after the meeting.
If you request an invoice will be shipped to the person in charge.
In addition, please bear the transfer fee when you use bank transfer.

Cancelling policy

50% room rate : 30–15 days before the day
80% room rate : 14–2 days before the day
100% room rate : the day before the day
