YMCA Asia Youth Center (hereinafter ‘’YMCA hotel’’) is profoundly aware of the importance of securing personal information, also in order to provide customers with better services, and we guarantee to treat customer’s personal information with great care, therefore we adhere to the following.

Purpose of intended use of personal information

Personal information which we collect from customers are used only on the following limited conditions.

・As basic data to operate reservation function
・In case of replying to inquiries from customer
・In case of issuing invoice/receipt to customer
・As analysis data for leverage to improve and to develop our services
* Strictly we have nothing to use for specifying individual.
・In case of informing notice or inquiry in regards to a request made by customer
・In case of occurring a situation in which we need to contact customer for some reason.

Prohibition of disclosing and providing personal information to third parties

The personal information which the Company collects from the customer shall be managed properly and shall never be disclosed to third parties except in the following cases:

・When obtaining prior consent or approval from customer
・When responding to customer inquiries and needs with our outsourced companies.
・When required by law or official body to provide the information

Safety measure for personal information

YMCA hotel shall implement appropriate security measures in accordance with restrict regulations to ensure the protection of personal information against improper access, loss, destruction, alteration or leakage.

Revision of the privacy policy

YMCA hotel will occasionally make revisions and make efforts to improve the Privacy Policy. We shall also observe the laws and regulations in regards to the protection of personal information when carrying out intended use that requires the collecting, utilizing or providing of appropriate personal information.
